ICEHOTEL applies strict rules regards the use of photographs of ICEHOTEL and strives to protect both the photographer's and the artist's rights granted under copyright law. Therefore we do not hesitate to undertake legal action against users that violate our terms. So if you are about to download photos from our image bank for other use than editorial or copy photos from our website, think again.

The trademark registration also covers words and phrases that are mistakable with the trademark, not only identical.
