Sit on the finely sculptured ice furniture, take a deep breath and fill the quiet with your most intimate thoughts. As you do you will notice the flow of the ice cascade behind the bed. Let the discussion be as fluid as this cascade. Allow this receptive suite to hold your secrets; let it all spill out.
Converse Shelter is Javier Opazo’s second suite at ICEHOTEL and Sandro Vogel’s first. While they met attending schools in England, Javier is from Chile and Sandro from Switzerland. Each enjoys working with several different materials including wood, furs, leather, stones and casted iron. Sandro also studied drama, the art of the word and likes to create images through sound and language
