ICEBAR by ICEHOTEL launches its third icebar, and the largest yet, in Oslo in November 2009. ICEBAR Oslo will offer a unique experience of Nordic winter and nature in spectacular ice surroundings - all year round.
ICEBAR by ICEHOTEL is a unique concept and has its outspring in the world's largest Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi in Sweden. You can find ICEBAR by ICEHOTEL in Copenhagen and Tokyo, and now also in Oslo. ICEBAR by ICEHOTEL builds on the success of the famous ABSOLUT ICEBAR, established by ICEHOTEL in 1994.
The bar is made from scratch with ice from the Torne River in Lapland in Sweden. The walls, the bar, the furniture and even glasses and plates are all made from the same ice. In addition, the artwork is made of ice and is an important part of the experience. ICEBAR Oslo will be located in the centre of Oslo.
